RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 10 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges, as our inventory moves quickly. If you would like a different size, we recommend placing a new order to ensure your preferred size is still available.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless store credit is selected in place of a refund. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or untraceable return shipments, so we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once we confirm your item(s) are eligible, you may send your return to the return address provided. Please include the name used to place the order and your order number inside the package so we can process your return correctly.
Store Credit Option
If you would prefer store credit instead of a refund, please include a note in your return package. Customers are still responsible for the cost of shipping their return back to us.
However, customers who choose store credit will receive the full value of their original order, including any shipping charges paid at checkout.
Store credit will be issued as a code and emailed to you after your return has been processed.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale and clearance items
• Intimates and undergarments
• Jewelry and accessories
• Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return package for review and processing.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only and will not include original shipping charges unless store credit was selected.
Return Denials
Returns may be denied for signs of wear, damage, removed tags, or returns submitted after 10 days of delivery. However, if you provide a tracking number and there was a documented carrier delay, we may still accept your return at our discretion.
If your return is denied:
• If the item is not in resellable condition, we may return the item to you at our discretion, or you may request store credit and we will determine whether any value can be offered.
• If the item is not in original condition but still retains some resale value, we may offer partial or full store credit at our discretion. Denied returns are not eligible for refunds.
• All items are carefully inspected before shipment. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been worn or used.
Items Received Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@soulsecretthreads.com and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com and we will be happy to assist you.
