Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

We do not offer exchanges, as our inventory moves quickly. We are not responsible for return shipping fees or for lost or untraceable shipments, so we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking services. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com with the subject line "Return Request." Include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for returning.

Once we confirm your item(s) are eligible, we'll provide our return address. Please include the name used to place the order and the order number on the shipping label or inside the package so we can process your refund correctly.

Store Credit Option:
If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, include a note in your package. We'll send you a code to use online once your return is processed.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return items. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return package for review and processing.

If your return package is approved after review and processing, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Return Denials:
Returns may be denied for: signs of wear, damage, removed tags, or returns submitted after 14 days of delivery. However, if you provide a tracking number and there was a clear issue with USPS or the carrier that caused a delay, we may still accept your return at our discretion.

If your return is denied:

  • If the item is in no condition to be resold, we will cover the cost to ship it back to you OR you can request store credit and we will let you know what we can offer.
  • If the item is not in great condition but still has some value, we may offer partial or full store credit at our discretion (store credit only, no refunds for denied returns).

All items are carefully checked for quality before being shipped. We are not responsible for any damages that occur once an item has been worn, regardless of the circumstance.

Items Received Damaged or Defective

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@soulsecretthreads.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 days of approval, please contact us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
